Europcar expands premium fleet with BMW partnership

Europcar Mobility Group UK has strengthened its premium vehicle offering through a new partnership with BMW Group, adding 15 new BMW models to its rental fleet throughout 2026 for both business and leisure customers.

The expansion will give customers access to a broad range of BMW’s most popular petrol and electric models, reflecting growing demand for premium rental vehicles and supporting the transition to lower-emission driving.

Among the vehicles joining the fleet are the BMW 3 Series, 5 Series and 1 Series, all of which featured in Auto Trader’s top 10 best-selling new cars during 2025. Europcar will also introduce electric models from the BMW i4 and iX ranges, with selected vehicles becoming available through its Flex Model Choice programme for business users.

Designed for organisations seeking greater flexibility than traditional leasing, Flex Model Choice allows businesses to book specific battery electric and plug-in hybrid models for between three and 12 months at a fixed monthly rate. The offering enables companies to access the latest vehicles without long-term commitments or early termination charges, while providing greater certainty over vehicle allocation and Benefit-in-Kind tax planning.

Adam McGhee, Head of Fleet Procurement at Europcar Mobility Group UK, said: “We are committed to providing drivers with access to as wide a range of vehicles as possible, so there is something for everyone and for every journey.

“BMW is a brand that delivers a premium experience across every model, from hatchbacks and saloons to SUVs, appealing to both business drivers and families or individuals renting for leisure. Adding to the wide range of hybrid and fully electric vehicles on the Europcar fleet, these new BMWs will also help even more drivers experience zero and low emissions driving.”

The partnership further strengthens Europcar’s growing electric vehicle proposition. In addition to providing access to BMW’s latest EVs, the company supports customers making the switch to electric motoring through comprehensive vehicle handovers, educational resources and charging support.

Drivers renting electric vehicles also receive access to the Octopus Electroverse charging network, alongside Europcar’s free digital EV Guide and Knowledge Hub, which are designed to address common questions around EV ownership and operation.

To further enhance convenience for both business and private customers, Europcar continues to offer its nationwide Delivery & Collection service, enabling vehicles to be delivered directly to customers’ homes or workplaces through an online booking process, with cars available for delivery within two hours of booking in many locations.
