eCapital provides $30m receivables facility to US healthcare provider

eCapital has provided a $30 million healthcare receivables financing facility to a multi-state post-acute care provider in the US.

The facility will provide additional working capital capacity across the company’s 18 skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities, supporting its existing operations, investment and continued expansion.

Post-acute care providers can face significant working capital requirements due to extended reimbursement and payment cycles, alongside costs associated with staffing, regulatory compliance and investment in facilities.

eCapital worked with the company’s management team to structure a receivables financing facility around its operating model and funding requirements.

According to eCapital, the additional liquidity will provide greater financial flexibility as the healthcare provider invests in its facilities and services while pursuing further growth.

Steven Silver, Head of Sales, ABL at eCapital, said: “Every healthcare provider has a distinct mission, and financing solutions should be built with that in mind.

“By taking the time to understand the company’s philosophy of care, we were able to deliver a facility that supports continued investment in the people, programs, and communities at the heart of its success.”
