DF Capital appoints Richard Green as Non-Executive Director

DF Capital, the specialist bank providing flexible financing solutions to dealers, manufacturers and their customers, today announced the appointment of Richard Green as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Green brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector, spanning consumer, commercial, and insurance markets across the UK and Europe. He spent much of his career at GE Capital, where he held senior roles in asset finance, fleet, leasing, and consumer lending. Notably, he served as Chief Executive Officer of GE Commercial Distribution Finance for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

His appointment comes as long-serving Non-Executive Director Thomas Grathwohl prepares to step down from the Board at the company’s Annual General Meeting in May 2026, following nine years of service.

Upon joining, Green will also become a member of DF Capital’s Board Audit Committee, Board Risk Committee, and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
