Daniel Johnson joins BFS as Strategic IT Director

SME financier, Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Daniel Johnson as Strategic IT Director as part of its growth strategy.

Johnson joins BFS with over 14 years’ experience in banking, fintech, insurance, and consulting. His most recent role was Founder and Director of Future Workforce, a consultancy specialising in AI, process automation, low-code and data analytics for clients, including the Home Office.

Prior to forming Future Workforce, he held a series of senior IT and automation roles with Accenture, Close Brothers and The Co-operative Banking Group.

The announcement follows the appointment of Mark Holloway as Chief Information and Technology Officer in April.
