John Hunter joins Close Brothers to enhance ABL offering

Close Brothers Invoice Finance has announced the appointment of John Hunter as Corporate Sales Director within its Corporate and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) team, further strengthening the firm’s presence across London and the South.

With extensive experience across asset-based lending, structured finance, and leveraged transactions, Hunter brings a wealth of expertise to the role. As a chartered accountant, he will play a key part in driving the continued growth of Close Brothers’ loan book, portfolio, and product range.

The Corporate and ABL team at Close Brothers Invoice Finance offers a comprehensive range of lending solutions, including bilateral facilities from £3 million to £65 million covering trade debtors, revolving inventory, plant and machinery, and commercial property. The team also arranges syndicated and club deals for facilities above £65 million, provides cash flow loans of up to £10 million, and supports back-to-back funding requirements.
