Appointments Sponsored by Appointments Alphabet appoints Natalie Manson as Partner Regional Manager Published: 8th October 2026 Share Alphabet (GB) has appointed Natalie Manson as Regional Development Manager for the South, with responsibility for strengthening relationships with broker partners and supporting growth across the region. Manson took up the role on 1 October 2026 and will work closely with Alphabet’s broker network across the south of England, focusing on developing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Her remit will include working with partners to address market challenges including cost pressures, changing customer expectations and the transition to electrification, while developing solutions designed to support customer value and sustainable growth. Manson brings more than a decade of experience within Alphabet and the wider BMW Group. She began her automotive career in the BMW retailer network, spending seven years in Corporate Sales and Customer Relationship Management roles. She joined Alphabet in 2015 as a Sales Support Specialist before progressing to her new regional development position. Manson said: “I’m delighted to step into the role of Partner Regional Manager. Throughout my career, each experience has shaped my understanding of what great partnerships look like and the impact they can have when built on trust, shared goals, and mutual success.” Over the next 12 months, Manson will focus on a substantial portfolio of renewals across the region, alongside growing strategic partnerships and developing new business opportunities.
