Alfa enhances Alfa Systems for fleet finance

Alfa, the technology provider to the asset finance industry, has unveiled Alfa Systems for Fleet Finance, a major expansion of its core platform aimed at simplifying and automating fleet leasing operations across the UK and Europe.

Positioned as a smart, flexible and scalable solution, the new offering introduces a suite of enhancements designed to support lenders and mobility providers as they move further into full-service leasing, commercial fleet management and emerging mobility subscription models.

A central feature of the upgraded platform is its Master Agreement functionality, which enables finance providers to group and manage multiple contracts, services and vehicles under a single framework. Alfa says this capability is becoming essential as lenders handle increasing volumes and must respond quickly to customer requirements across large, complex fleets.

Promoted under the brand ‘Alfa for Fleet’, the solution delivers end-to-end automation across the fleet lifecycle, covering customer onboarding, credit approval, automated quoting, schedule activation, in-life contract management and vehicle termination or return. It also supports consolidated invoicing and detailed usage reporting, which Alfa says will help providers streamline operations and improve customer transparency.

“The transition to EVs and the growing Charging-as-a-Service model are driving significant expansion in this sector,” she said. “Some of our customers who offer fleet services have seen remarkable growth within this vertical over the last year, and we look forward to supporting more providers in the space.”

Delivered as a service through Alfa Cloud and offering seamless API integration, the new solution is designed to connect easily with customer portals, OEM systems and mobility services.
