ALBIS Leasing AG has reported new business volumes of €81.8 million for the first nine months of 2026, slightly ahead of the €81.4 million recorded during the same period last year, as the company reaffirmed its full-year business and earnings forecasts.

The German leasing provider said performance remained in line with expectations, supported by continued growth in its dealer and manufacturer finance business, which remains a key focus of its strategy.

Profitability also remained stable, with the absolute new business margin reaching €15.3 million in the nine months to September, unchanged from the corresponding period in 2025.

The percentage new business margin was 18.6%, compared with 18.8% a year earlier, maintaining the higher levels of profitability achieved in recent years.

New business growth accelerated during the third quarter, with volumes increasing by 5% year-on-year to €28.4 million, compared with €27.1 million in Q3 2025.

The increase was driven primarily by stronger activity in the retail and manufacturer segment, offsetting slight declines in the e-bike broker and EDEKA merchant segments.

Sascha Lerchl, CEO of ALBIS Leasing AG, said: “Our business performance in the first nine months of 2026 confirms the effectiveness of our strategic direction.

“The dealer and manufacturer business in particular continues to develop as planned and continues to form the foundation of our profitable growth.

“At the same time, we succeeded in securing the high profitability of our new business. We therefore see ourselves on the right track to achieving our targets for 2026 as a whole.”

Looking ahead, ALBIS has maintained its full-year new business forecast of between €100 million and €107.5 million.

The company expects its new business margin to remain broadly in line with the high level achieved in 2025, although it said it would continue to monitor the impact of elevated interest rates on profitability.

ALBIS also reaffirmed its recently increased earnings forecast, with pre-tax profits expected to reach between €5.75 million and €6.75 million for the 2026 financial year.
