AFPA Trust to host 2026 International Women’s Day Celebration Lunch

The AFPA Trust will mark International Women’s Day with its flagship International Women’s Day (IWD) Celebration Lunch on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, at the prestigious Royal Overseas League in London.

Bringing together professionals from across the asset finance industry, the annual event celebrates the achievements and contributions of women in finance while raising vital funds for charity. This year, AFPA Trust has selected Teens Unite Fighting Cancer as its chosen cause, supporting teenagers and young adults living with cancer.

Robert Taylor, Chair of AFPA Trust, said: “I could not be more excited about this year’s International Women’s Day Celebration Lunch.

“It’s going to be a truly fabulous celebration of the incredible women across our industry, while coming together to support a charity that does life-changing work for teenagers facing cancer. Events like this remind us of the power of our community when we unite around a meaningful cause – and I have no doubt this will be our highlight event of the year, both in terms of impact and inspiration.”

The event will also feature inspiring keynote speeches from Karen Millen OBE and Tamsin Napier-Munn.

The IWD speakers will share their personal journeys and perspectives on empowering women to realise their full potential in business and beyond.

Guests will enjoy a three-course lunch with wine, specially curated by MasterChef winner Irini Tzortzoglou, in the elegant surroundings of the Royal Overseas League.

During the event, a charity prize raffle will be held in partnership with Propel Finance, an AFPA Platinum Charity Partner and proud supporter of Teens Unite. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at £10 each, with 100 per cent of the proceeds donated directly to Teens Unite Fighting Cancer. AFPA Trust is also inviting its Charity Partners to support the raffle by donating female-focused prizes designed to excite and inspire guests, helping to maximise fundraising and create an engaging and meaningful experience for attendees.

2025 keynote speaker Denise Nurse will be returning to the AFPA Trust IWD Celebration Lunch to draw the winning raffle tickets.
