CSI Leasing Canada has celebrated its 25th anniversary with the promotion of Jason Brock to President and General Manager, recognising his contribution to the company’s growth since joining in 2001.

Brock joined CSI Canada as an account executive in the year the business hired its first employees. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for Canada, a position he held for more than nine years.

During his tenure leading the sales division, CSI Canada’s business volume more than tripled.

In his new role, Brock will retain responsibility for nationwide sales activities while taking on oversight of all operational functions across the Canadian business.

Headquartered in Toronto, with additional offices in Montreal, Winnipeg and Vancouver, CSI Canada provides equipment leasing and lifecycle management solutions across a range of asset classes, including technology, materials handling, ground support and industrial equipment.

The company serves customers across multiple sectors, including energy, manufacturing, education, retail, aviation and airport operations.

Steve Hamilton, Executive Chairman of CSI Leasing, highlighted Brock’s role in developing the company’s sales operations and supporting its expansion.

“CSI Canada was CSI’s first international subsidiary. Today, they are one of the most successful, and I attribute much of this to Jason’s leadership. He has built and cultivated a robust sales team that is dedicated to putting our customers’ needs first,” Hamilton said.

“Sales may be a competitive sport; however, Jason’s leadership style has fostered a team mentality where our sales professionals work together and thrive. It’s this strategy that has helped move CSI Canada forward and will continue with Jason as President and General Manager.”

Reflecting on his appointment and the company’s anniversary, Brock said: “The past 25 years at CSI Canada have been a remarkable journey. When I started as an account executive, I could never have imagined where our company would be today.”

He added: “However, the past nine years as National Sales Manager have been the most rewarding. I have truly loved coaching our amazing team and watching them succeed has been the highlight of my career. I am beyond honored for the opportunity to lead CSI Canada and am excited to see where this next chapter takes us.”
