Approved Finance Group secures £110,000 loan for Subway franchisee

Share

Approved Finance Group has arranged a £110,000 unsecured business loan for a UK Subway franchisee, reducing the business’s monthly loan repayments by £9,100 and easing pressure on cash flow.

The funding arrangement has reduced the franchisee’s monthly repayments from £11,800 to £2,700, providing greater financial flexibility to manage day-to-day operating costs, including wages, stock and rent.

The deal highlights the importance of structuring business finance around cash flow requirements, particularly for franchise operators managing regular overheads alongside existing borrowing commitments.

While the new arrangement significantly reduces monthly repayments, the total cost of borrowing will depend on the loan term, interest rates and associated fees.

Approved Finance Group has a longstanding partnership with Subway UK, providing franchisees with access to funding solutions for working capital, equipment investment, store improvements and refinancing existing borrowing.

George Dunn, Executive Director at Approved Finance Group, said:

“Monthly repayments can have a significant impact on a franchisee’s cash flow, so it’s important to look at how funding is structured as well as the amount required.

“In this case, bringing repayments down from £11,800 to £2,700 per month has given the business considerably more breathing room. Through our longstanding partnership with Subway UK, we’re proud to help franchisees explore funding options that support their businesses.”

The arrangement demonstrates how restructuring borrowing commitments can help smaller businesses improve monthly cash flow and create additional financial headroom to support ongoing operations.
