As Event Partner of the Finance Connect UK Autumn Conference 2026, Odessa is pleased to welcome you to a day that brings together more than 650 senior leaders from across asset, auto, equipment and receivables finance.

Many of the conversations we have with lenders today come back to one question: how do you grow without taking on the operational drag that usually comes with it? It is a question the whole industry is working through, and it feels especially relevant this year. Regulation continues to move at pace. AI is moving out of pilot projects and into the systems companies use to run their business every day. Sustainability reporting has become part of budgets and board discussions rather than a side project. Lenders and brokers are being asked to do more, more quickly, with less room for error.

The conference is shaped around these realities. Dedicated streams for asset, auto, equipment and receivables finance will give each part of the market space to explore its own challenges, while the workshops are designed to send you back to your teams with ideas you can put into practice.

For our part, we are keen to talk about what progress looks like in practice. Many lenders we work with want to modernise without disrupting what already works, and to grow without their workarounds growing alongside. AI has a role to play in that, but the more useful conversation is about where it genuinely helps in day-to-day operations and where it is still more promise than practice. We will be sharing what we are seeing across the market, and we are just as interested in hearing how others are approaching it.

We are glad to support Finance Connect in bringing the industry together for these discussions, and we look forward to learning from the people in the room.

Our team will be at the Odessa stand throughout the day, and we would love for you to stop by and say hello. We hope to see you at Kings Place on 24 November and to continue the conversation there.
