Ayvens achieves EcoVadis Platinum with record sustainability score

Ayvens has been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal after achieving a record sustainability score of 90 out of 100, placing the mobility company among the top 1% of more than 150,000 businesses assessed worldwide.

The rating covers the entire Ayvens group and assesses its performance across environmental, social, ethical and sustainable procurement criteria.

EcoVadis provides independent business sustainability ratings designed to assess how environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices are embedded within organisations.

Ayvens said the Platinum rating provides external recognition of its sustainability performance and reflects its efforts to integrate ESG considerations throughout the business.

“In many ways, it is more like the Olympics than a single sport: performance is assessed across a broad range of criteria, requiring consistency, commitment and progress over time.

“Achieving the EcoVadis Platinum Medal demonstrates the strength of Ayvens’ ESG approach and provides independent recognition of the work undertaken across the organisation.”

The company said sustainability performance is also playing an increasingly important role in supplier selection and tender processes, with EcoVadis ratings widely used by corporate customers and procurement teams when evaluating potential partners.

Ayvens has received requests from almost 200 large corporate customers in recent years for information about its EcoVadis rating and wider sustainability performance, highlighting the growing importance of ESG considerations in commercial relationships.
