Inovatec and RouteOne partner on digital vehicle finance

Share

Inovatec by Solifi has announced a collaboration with RouteOne to deliver an enhanced digital retailing solution designed to simplify the vehicle purchasing and finance journey.

The integration combines Inovatec’s indirect lending and digital retailing workflows with RouteOne’s suite of finance and insurance (F&I) solutions, creating a more connected process spanning online, mobile, in-store and third-party channels.

Through the collaboration, credit applications and decisions, document preparation, signature capture, deal submission and contract validation can be securely managed within a single workflow.

The companies said the integration will enable OEMs, captive finance providers and dealer groups to develop consumer experiences tailored to their individual and local market requirements, while retaining the contracting and compliance infrastructure used within their existing operations.

By connecting more stages of the finance journey, the solution is intended to reduce manual processes and transaction complexity while improving transparency for consumers and industry partners.

It is also designed to provide a more consistent transition between online and in-store interactions, support faster credit and financing decisions, and help dealers improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Vladimir Kovacevic, General Manager of Inovatec by Solifi, said:

“This is about meeting buyers where they are. Our customers asked us to bring RouteOne’s connectivity directly into their digital retailing experience, and this integration does exactly that.

“A consumer can now go from application to signed contract in one connected flow, while OEMs, captive finance sources, and dealer groups keep the contracting and compliance infrastructure they rely on.”

The collaboration comes as vehicle retailers and finance providers continue to invest in digital processes that allow consumers to move more seamlessly between online and physical channels during the vehicle purchasing journey.

Anthony Goulbourne, President of RouteOne Canada, said:

“Our collaboration with Inovatec reflects a shared commitment to simplifying the online vehicle F&I process for dealers, finance sources, and consumers.

“By bringing RouteOne’s integration capabilities directly into the Inovatec platform, we’re helping create a more efficient, connected workflow that reduces friction and supports faster, more accurate transactions.

“As consumer expectations continue to evolve, it is important to remain committed to collaboration with partners like Inovatec to ensure that we are supporting digital transformation. We couldn’t be more excited about our partnership with Inovatec.”
