Head of Stock Finance  – Dealer & Manufacturer Finance – Flexible Location with travel to a South East based Head Office

Salary  – Negotiable on experience, Car allowance, Bonus and excellent benefits package.

Our client is a leading financial services institution and part of a wider European banking group. We are seeking someone to Head up their Stock Finance division as they continue with their ambitious growth plans.

The role has 3 direct reports but overall management of a team of 6. You are responsible for providing strong leadership and operational management with KPIs, SLAs and delivery targets that meet the expectations of your key stakeholders. You will be expected to coach and direct the team to deliver a high-level of customer excellence, communicate strategies and provide monthly progress to senior management.

To be considered for this role the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Stocking position within the leasing/finance industry. Experience in managing a team is also desirable and exposure to customers with both dealers and manufacturers is required.
