Fanz will take up the role on September 1, 2026, reporting directly to Eileen Schoonmaker, President of the Americas. She moves into the position from her current role as Vice President of Sales – Healthcare, which she has held since joining PEAC in November 2022. During that time, Fanz has helped develop the company’s healthcare financing business, strengthen strategic partner relationships and support initiatives aimed at improving the customer and partner experience. Fanz has almost 30 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, spanning sales, programme management, sales management and market development. In her new position, Fanz will focus on improving collaboration between teams and functions and supporting operational excellence as PEAC continues to grow. Eileen Schoonmaker, President of the Americas at PEAC Solutions, said: “Jen brings to this role an expert level of understanding of our business, our customers and partners, and what it takes to get things done. “One of Jen’s greatest strengths is her ability to bring people together across teams and functions to solve problems, create alignment and move initiatives forward. As we continue to grow, working as one connected organization becomes even more important, and I am confident Jen is the right leader to help strengthen those connections while continuing to drive operational excellence across PEAC.” Fanz said she was looking forward to bringing her commercial experience to the operations team. “To say I am excited would be an understatement,” she said. “The last four years with this organization have been a defining chapter in my career, filled with incredible opportunities, meaningful relationships and tremendous growth. I am energized to take on this next role and bring my commercial perspective to the team.” She added that collaboration with PEAC’s operational leaders and teams would be central to continuing to improve the processes and support provided to the company’s partners.
