J3650 – Internal Sales Executive – UK, London (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

£30,000 – £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.

New Leaf Search is collaborating with a European organisation providing business-to-business lease finance for digital services in its search for an Internal Sales Executive.

Location: UK, London (Hybrid).

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a growing technology finance business, supporting the external sales team while developing your own portfolio of customers.

You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing smaller accounts and building strong relationships with customers and partners. This position offers an excellent career pathway for someone looking to progress into an external Business Development role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the external sales team in developing new business opportunities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of smaller customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Prepare finance quotations and sales proposals
• Identify opportunities to maximise customer growth and retention
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Contribute towards team sales targets and business growth

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support or Account Management
• Background within IT finance, technology finance, asset finance or leasing preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to customer development
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a sales environment
• Motivated to develop a long-term career in business development
• Positive, professional and customer-focused approach

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing. Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is required; applications without it will not be considered.
