A soapbox session: Tony Lynch’s viewpoint, a live demo, panel and delegate challenges.

Tony Lynch, founder of CarPass.ai, will argue his corner: AI voice will become the default first point of contact between lenders, brokers, and dealers and their customers — inbound and outbound, around the clock, at negligible cost. Not a chatbot. Not a call centre overlay. The first point of contact.

He will demonstrate the technology live and invite delegates to try it themselves.  A panel drawn from lending, broking, and equipment finance will challenge the argument. The floor will join in. The audience will decide.

  • Hear the case for AI voice as the primary customer engagement channel across specialist lending — and judge it for yourself
  • Explore the challenge to broker and dealer relationships if AI can engage customers faster, more consistently, and at a fraction of the cost
  • Find out what lenders and intermediaries across specialist lending need to consider before this capability becomes standard practice
