Econocom has appointed Quentin Bouchard and Israel Garcia to its Board of Directors, expanding the Board from eight to ten members as the Group strengthens its governance to support its One Econocom strategic plan.

The appointments, approved at Econocom’s General Meeting on 29 September 2026, see both executives join the Board while retaining their existing responsibilities within the Group’s Executive Committee.

Econocom said the changes are intended to strengthen alignment between its governance bodies and operational management, supporting the implementation of its strategic priorities and future growth ambitions.

Quentin Bouchard is Managing Director Products & Services France and Managing Director Global Group Tech & Security.

He joined Econocom in 2013 and assumed responsibility for the Group’s IT and security operations in November 2023, before taking on leadership of its technology activities across Europe in July 2024.

Since January 2026, he has also overseen Econocom’s Products and Services business in France, with a particular focus on developing and industrialising the Group’s artificial intelligence and data offerings.

Israel Garcia is Managing Director Business Development & Strategic Plan and Country Manager for Econocom in the UK and Ireland, positions he has held concurrently since July 2024.

Garcia began his career at Accenture before spending more than a decade managing an international construction materials business across several European markets.

He subsequently co-founded Altabox, a Spanish company specialising in omnichannel marketing strategies, which became part of Econocom’s portfolio in 2018. Since joining the Group, he has held several senior management positions with profit and loss responsibilities.

Both executives bring extensive operational experience and knowledge of Econocom’s business activities to their new Board roles.

Following the appointments, Econocom’s ten-member Board includes Jean-Louis Bouchard, Chairman-founder and Managing Director; Angel Benguigui, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director; and Robert Bouchard, Vice-Chairman and Director.

The Board also includes non-executive directors Chantal De Vrieze and Jean-Philippe Roesch, alongside independent directors Philippe Capron, Sophie Guieysse and Marie-Christine Levet.

Econocom said the expanded Board will help strengthen the connection between strategic decision-making and operational delivery as the Group continues implementing its One Econocom strategy.
