The implementation forms part of Liberty Finance’s digital transformation programme and creates an end-to-end data cycle between the two platforms through API integration. Data can now move automatically between Liberty Live and Lendscape, removing the need for manual transfers between systems and improving data integrity across the business. Liberty Finance said the integration will also give its teams faster access to information used in day-to-day lending decisions, supporting quicker turnaround times for customers. The connected infrastructure is intended to provide a foundation for greater automation and the introduction of AI-enabled processes across the business. When selecting Lendscape, Liberty Finance identified the ability to test integrations in a sandbox environment before deployment and configure the platform around its own requirements as two important factors in its decision. Alan Cooper, Finance Director at Liberty Finance, said: “This is a real milestone for Liberty. “We chose Lendscape to give ourselves more control and to keep our customers at the centre of what we do, and that’s what it delivers: less complexity behind the scenes, faster turnaround for our customers, and a platform we can grow with rather than work around. “That long-term fit is why Lendscape was the right partner for us.” Ed Ockleford, Head of Technology at Liberty Finance, added: “Our systems now share data automatically, so we have real-time visibility and greater data integrity, and our people spend less time moving information around and more time with customers. “That accurate, up-to-date data is the foundation for safely increasing automation, and for the AI-enabled processes we want to build on top of it.” Steve Taplin, Chief Product Officer at Lendscape, said the integration would support Liberty Finance’s move towards more data-driven operations. He added: “With Liberty Live and our Asset Finance platform now working as one, Liberty Finance is continuing its drive towards smarter, data-driven operations, cutting manual effort and lifting productivity across the business. “It’s a secure, reliable base built for exactly these foundations, and to support the supervised, AI-enabled processes Liberty Finance is moving towards.” Lisa Laverick Editor - Finance Connect Sign up to our newsletter Featured Stories TechnologyEvident AI Index 2026 reveals accelerating AI adoption across global banks Corporate Member TechnologyDLL explores financing role in cybersecurity growth Corporate Member TechnologyNovuna Business Finance connects Rural Finance to API
