Receivables Finance News Arbuthnot Commercial ABL backs Sigma’s growth and acquisition plans Published: 6th October 2026 Share Arbuthnot Commercial Asset Based Lending (ACABL) has provided a new lending facility to Sigma GRP Limited to support the company’s continued double-digit growth and future acquisition plans. Headquartered in Castleford, near Leeds, Sigma provides outsourced procurement, project delivery, display, logistics and supply chain solutions to major retailers and commercial brands. Founded in 2007, the company employs around 400 people worldwide and specialises in Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) solutions, helping customers create new and refurbished store environments. Sigma works with global retailers across sectors including food, pharmaceuticals, fashion and high street retail and delivers more than 5,000 projects annually. The business has achieved consistent double-digit growth through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Following a selection process, ACABL was appointed to provide a bespoke funding facility designed to give Sigma additional headroom to accelerate its growth. The funding will also support the company’s M&A strategy, providing greater flexibility to act when acquisition opportunities arise.
