BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions expands CNH and Iveco partnership into Romania

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, CNH and Iveco Group have expanded their long-standing financial services partnership into Romania, offering financing, leasing and insurance solutions to businesses across the country’s agriculture, construction, transport and logistics sectors.

The expansion will operate through IC Capital Europe IFN S.A., the Romanian subsidiary of joint venture CNH Industrial Capital Europe, under the CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL brands.

Customers of CNH and IVECO in Romania will gain access to tailored leasing, financing, insurance and related services designed to support investment in agricultural and construction equipment and commercial vehicles.

The partners said Romania represents an important growth market in Eastern Europe, with demand for investment across agriculture, construction, transportation and logistics.

The expansion is intended to combine CNH’s agricultural and construction equipment and IVECO’s commercial vehicles with the financing and asset expertise available through CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL.

The partnership between BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, CNH and Iveco Group through CNH Industrial Capital Europe dates back to 1997.

With the addition of Romania, the partnership now operates across ten countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain and the UK.
