Equipment Finance Sponsored by Corporate Member Equipment Finance News DLL closes second US securitization transaction of 2026 Published: 1st September 2026 Share DLL has completed its second US asset-backed securitization (ABS) transaction of 2026, issuing notes totalling $626 million. The transaction, DLLAA 2026-1, includes a tranche retained by DLL and is backed by assets from AGCO Finance, the preferred financing partner of agricultural equipment manufacturer AGCO Corporation. The transaction has received ratings of F1+/P-1 or AAA/Aaa from Fitch and Moody’s, respectively. Brian Burket, Vice President of Securitization at DLL, said the transaction attracted strong investor demand. “This marks our second ABS transaction of the year, and once again, it was met with strong investor demand. We are encouraged by this continued engagement, which underscores the strength and consistency of DLL’s programmatic ABS issuance,” he said. DLL said securitization forms part of its longer-term strategy to broaden its sources of US dollar funding.
