Receivables Finance Technology Earlypay completes invoice finance technology migration to Lendscape Published: 30th August 2026 Share Australian business finance provider Earlypay has completed the migration of its invoice finance operations to the Lendscape platform as part of a wider technology transformation. The project has consolidated three legacy systems onto a single platform, combining Lendscape’s receivables finance technology with Earlypay’s own systems. Earlypay selected Lendscape in 2025 following a competitive evaluation, with the new platform designed to provide greater visibility of funding and faster access to approved funds for clients, while supporting further development of its invoice finance offering. Rather than adopting an off-the-shelf customer interface, Earlypay developed its own client portal alongside the Lendscape platform. The portal supports integrations with cloud accounting packages including Xero and MYOB. Earlypay said initial feedback following the migration had shown an improvement in customer satisfaction, with migrated clients recording a Net Promoter Score 27 points higher than comparable results in 2025. Paul Murray, CFO and COO at Earlypay, said: “Technology should make finance easier for businesses, removing layers of complexity. “Our focus through this project has been on creating a simpler experience for clients, with better visibility of their funding and faster access to approved funds, while continuing to give them access to the people and expertise they value from Earlypay. “The early response from migrated customers has been very encouraging. Just as importantly, moving onto a single platform gives us much greater capacity to keep improving the funding experience for clients and brokers.” The migration is also intended to improve the experience for brokers following a client referral, while retaining access to Earlypay staff to help structure and manage funding requirements. With the migration now complete, Earlypay plans further development of client and broker functionality, including increased automation, deeper system integrations and the use of AI. Murray added: “Completing the migration is an important milestone, but it isn’t the end point. We can now automate more administration, improve integrations and develop new functionality quickly, while keeping the customer at the centre of those decisions.” Brett Promisel, CEO of Lendscape, said the project had combined Lendscape’s platform with technology developed specifically for Earlypay’s clients. “Earlypay is the kind of lender we love working with, clear about what its customers need and willing to build for it. They’ve taken a genuinely customer-led approach to transformation, combining the robust, scalable Lendscape platform with technology developed for their own clients. We look forward to supporting the next stage of their growth.” Earlypay Limited is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker EPY.
