Lloyds appoints Hiten Sonpal to lead asset finance

Lloyds has strengthened its Intermediary and Specialist Lending proposition with the appointment of Hiten Sonpal as Head of Asset Finance for Commercial Banking Intermediaries.

Hiten joins the business with more than 25 years’ experience spanning commercial, asset, and structured finance. Recently joining from DLL, Hiten brings with him a wealth of industry expertise and a strong track record of working collaboratively with intermediary partners to deliver tailored funding solutions.

In his new role, Hiten will lead the continued evolution of Lloyds’ asset finance intermediary proposition, working in partnership with brokers and introducers to enhance access to funding and help more UK businesses realise their ambitions.
