Auto Finance Sponsored by Auto Finance News Zenobē expands North American fleet with Revolv acquisition Published: 31st March 2026 Share Global fleet electrification provider Zenobē has announced its entry into the US electric truck market through the acquisition of California-based Revolv. The deal adds 13 operational sites and more than 100 electric trucks to Zenobē’s portfolio, alongside a pipeline of projects that complement its growing presence in student transportation and public transit across the US and Canada. The move comes as the US zero-emission truck market continues to accelerate, with more than 59,000 vehicles now deployed nationwide. Zenobē has assumed operational responsibility for Revolv’s existing sites in California and will integrate the company’s team to strengthen its commercial fleet expertise in North America. Andreas Lips, Zenobē’s recently appointed President of EV North America, said: “Revolv’s end-to-end fleet electrification model is highly complementary to our global experience and growth plans in North America. As commercial fleet electrification enters its next phase, operators are increasingly seeking partners who can deliver vehicles, infrastructure, financing and long-term battery performance under one roof.” Founder Director of Zenobē, Steven Meersman, described the acquisition as a pivotal step forward: “This is a strong opportunity to accelerate electrification at scale by pairing Revolv’s fleet electrification platform with our deep experience and unique financing models.” The acquisition also reflects broader investor confidence in the electrification sector. “We are pleased to support Zenobē as it continues to scale its North America platform,” said Shreya Malik, Managing Director, Infrastructure at KKR, an investor in Zenobē. Priya Veerapen of Infracapital added that the deal “provides a strong foundation for further growth in this vital, hard-to-decarbonise sector.” Zenobē, which now supports more than 3,400 vehicles globally, is focused on helping operators transition to zero-emission fleets through its battery-as-a-service model, offering performance guarantees and lifecycle management.
