Evolve Business Finance expands team

Evolve Business Finance has appointed Will Smith as a commercial finance broker as the team continues to grow.

Smith joins from a successful start in sales, having gained hands-on experience at MIH Global before moving to Marshalls Motor Group. He now brings his drive and energy to commercial finance.

“I’m excited to join Evolve at such a great time,” said Will Smith. “The business is growing fast, and I can’t wait to get stuck in. I am very keen to apply my skills to help businesses secure funding and always up for a chat about finance – or football!”

Evolve Business Finance’s director, Stef Radymski, added: “Will is a fantastic addition and we’re looking forward to seeing him develop in this role. With more deals coming in and the team expanding, we’re also looking at moving into a bigger office to give us the space we need.”

Smith’s arrival sees Nilima Begum also step into a commercial finance broker role after a successful six-month training programme, strengthening the firm’s offering as it continues to help businesses access the funding they need.
