Jobs Wholesale and Syndication Sales Manager – UK wide with weekly travel to their Head office in the South East is required Remote Share Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits. Our client is a leading European financial services group. The role of Wholesale and Syndications Manager has arisen through internal promotion and is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in wholesale and/or syndications working within the soft and hard asset market place. The Role: We are seeking a sales manager to present and deliver a strategy which leads to transformational growth within the Wholesale and Syndication market, this covers technology, healthcare, hard assets and syndication bank partners. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a team of 3 Relationship Managers to develop, build and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new Vendors and Introducers and to deliver best in class service to maximise volumes and profitability. The Sales Manager will also lead a team of 3 Assistant Relationship Managers who support both the Wholesale Relationship Managers and 3 Channel Relationship Managers. The Assistant Relationship Managers are responsible for managing credit, documentation, payouts, and other operational queries. Primary Responsibilities: Drive high performance and a collaborative team culture, ensuring their full-service offering is effectively positioned in the market. Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy that leads to transformational growth. Mentor, coach and develop team members through structured training and regular feedback. Be able to read and understand different contract types and be able to position what is important to the vendor and to the company. Oversee the teams legal requests, understand the risks in contracts and position mitigants to these. Work collaboratively with the legal team to a result which is satisfactory to all parties. Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty. Ensure that a partner plan is in place for each introducer and regularly reviewed. Ensure that the team delivers high-quality service to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations. Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Stay close to the market to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.: As appropriate, work alongside Head of Stocking to deliver transformational growth for stocking and retail business. Work with the Head of Asset Management to develop our residual value offering to our introducers. Develop and implement sales incentives, as appropriate, for staff and introducers to deliver growth. Together with the Head of Technology Finance & Wholesale and the Relationship Managers, develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
