New Leaf Search is delighted to be partnering with a well-established specialist lending PLC in their search for an experienced Operations Support Executive.

This is a vital role in supporting the lifecycle of asset finance transactions, ensuring operational accuracy and excellent service delivery to customers, funders, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading deals onto the system and updating as they progress through credit, documentation, funding, and payout.
• Processing deals: checking rates, uploading assets, generating payment plans, and preparing lease documentation.
• Supporting the sales team with settlements, document requests, and general queries.
• Proactively managing the pipeline and resolving any blockers to deal progression.
• Handling customer queries including copy invoices, welcome packs, and full/partial settlement figures.
• Generating invoices for new business, novations, settlements, and funder activity.

Key Requirements:

• Strong financial acumen and solid Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• High attention to detail is an absolute must along with strong organisational capability.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
