Asset Finance Broker Manager – Agricultural assets – South East England (Hybrid)

Circa £65,000 basic plus excellent car allowance and benefits package.

James George Recruitment has partnered with a Tier 1 Asset Finance House in their search for a Senior Broker Manager to work within their Ag team to manage and grow their Broker channel. The role is pivotal in driving incremental business through their approved Brokers, achieving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain a segmented, high-performing Broker network aligned with strategic growth targets.
• Lead the annual Broker review process, including KPI tracking, Consumer Duty quality assurance activity, and commission structure evaluations.
• Onboard new Brokers and identify growth opportunities within existing relationships.
• Visit Brokers at their premises where required to build strong working relationships.
• Deliver against NBV and margin targets.
• Monitor Broker performance using Power BI dashboards and ensure alignment with their ideal Broker model.
• Drive e-sign adoption and digital engagement.
• Ensure all Brokers operate within FCA and Consumer Duty regulations.
• Oversee introducer agreements and commission disclosure compliance.
• Support internal projects related to regulatory changes impacting Broker operations.
• Partner with Sales Support to streamline Broker queries and improve service levels.
• Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Your background:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Broker Management/Asset Finance experience where you have focused on Ag assets.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of FCA and Consumer Duty regulations.
